On  December 1 was signed a Memorandum of cooperation between the National Palace  and scientific society named after  Tinatin Tsereteli. The Memorandum was signed by Director of the Palace Tika Rukhadze and  Chairperson of the scientific society Maia Ivanidze. It was emphasized on necessity of increase of level of legal education of the new generation. Director of the Palace  Tika Rukhadze said that the work of the study  of law based on European legal values,  that the modern world requires a deep knowledge of human rights, the rights of children. Under the Memorandum the parties  undertake obligations  conduct its activities on the principles of cooperation, partnership and assistance,  that in the future will be implemented through joint projects, seminars and conferences.
