On July 11,  American Corner  started Summer School 2017 on the topic „Civic Education", which was attended by about 25 ethnic minority high school students and American Corner members. Within the framework of the project was  held different activies, presentations,  trainings,  students participated in role play activities.

American speaker Lincoln Luette talked about the ethnic minorities and their role in Georgian and American society. After the presentation he held the discussion on the topic. Summer school  participants held the X-Box competition.  American Corner Tbilisi Summer School visited the Information Center on NATO and EU. During the meeting with host speakers students learned more about partnership NATO, US  and Georgia and got some publications. The  students also visited the U.S Embassy to participate in "Boot Camp", a special program of physical endurance training.

Director of National Palace Tika Rukhadze awarded American Corner Summer School students with special Certificates. Summer School 2017  was  dedicated to the 25 years of US-Georgian partnership
