The Room has 60 year old history and it serves high-grade pupils of multinational city of Tbilisi. The goal of the Room is to support and encourage awareness of schoolchildren and involving them in international youth programs as well as familiarizing them with European and local programs; working out democratic values, human and children's rights, skills of writing according to international standards, presentation, conference, functions and awareness of their notions, methods of international political terminology and citizenry, encouraging active and initiative, gifted youth and their recognition.

International Relations Room annually participates in the seminars of NATO and OSCE, maintains relations with Caucasian House of Tbilisi. The Room organizes meetings and cooperation with the Austrian Corner of Tbilisi; holds disputes and competitions, meetings, presentations, social studies and the events related to the profile. The successful projects of the Room are as follows: Awareness of the Law of Antidiscrimination; Club "Road to Europe" and "Patriots" of Rustavi Youth House - joint event. Open lesson about the Georgians acting abroad; organizing a project "My Friend's Motherland" and some charitable events with public school # 189 with the pupils of limited capabilities.
